About the event
There are many mysteries surrounding the Sasso Society.
Only few information could be confirmed:
We know the society is around for at least a couple of centuries.
And that they originated in northern Italy.
Legends claim that Francesco Borromini and Giovanni Marcacci were among the members. But nobody knows for certain.
The only thing we know with certainty is that the society creates every 20 years a famous hunt: “The Caccia al Sasso”, or in English hunt for the stone.
